Justin Bieber is being sued for allegedly striking a pedestrian while driving his Ferrari and the guy suing says he was injured so badly ... he may never recover.

Walter Lee claims in the lawsuit obtained by TMZ that he was walking on the Sunset Strip a year ago just before midnight when Justin was cruising down the street and struck him.
