Pankaj Parakh, aa municipal corporator, wore a shirt made of gold as he walks with his bodyguards to attend his birthday celebration in Yeola in the western Indian state of Maharashtra.
Local politician Parakh said the shirt cost him $228,870. It is made of 18-22 carat gold, weighs 3.90 kg and took 2 months to be stitched.
He should have just donated the money to a motherless baby home. SMH
