The UK returnee Nigerian pop singer has ended her deal with Flytime Music headed by Cecil Hammond we have been reliably informed. Seyi has signed a new deal with a UK-Nigerian based management company J-Management who released a statement announcing the deal along with two promo singles. She has since changed her twitter to include J-Managements emails as her contact details.
Seyi Shay has officially signed a new partnership deal with international
talent company J-Management following a pilot collaboration. Keeping full focus
on the music, the re-branded recording artist, songwriter and performer has
released two hot singles ‘Ragga Ragga‘ and ‘Chairman‘ ft.
Kcee (both produced by Del B), the
statement read.
A rep for her new management
confirmed her signing a deal and departure from Hammond’s Flytime
Entertainment. ‘Yes it’s true, she left a while back, we’ve been working on
this for a while‘, Bayo Akande said over the telephone,
while Seyi added “It’s all about the music for me, I am very glad to
have a new fully structured team working and developing my brand.”
Seyi Shay‘s Loving your way, No lele, Irawo were all released under
Flytime Music, also of note is the fact that she was also under Efe Omoregbe‘s
Now Muzik management for a while.
