After watching this video, i was like what the hell is this....why torture a human being so much because they stole pepper or cloths, whatever it maybe, they should have taken law in their own hands...Meanwhile a rich embezzles money and its cool, a Governor embezzles money and its normal.

Personally this torture is uncalled for it is inhuman, it is animalistic, it is sadonic..... I use this medium to call the attention of The Police and Human Right Activists to look into this thoroughly.

The horrific/in-human incident appears to have happened in Lagos because one of the women mentioned 'Iyana Ejigbo' while being tortured.
