Comedian Sarah Silverman
knows how to find a bargain when it comes to red carpet fashion. The
funny lady rocked the perfect little black dress at the 65th Primetime
Emmy Awards, and she didn't spend a fortune for it either.
Silverman revealed to E!'s Ryan
Seacrest that she got a deal on the decidedly non-designer pencil dress,
boasting, "I bought it online for $60."
In contrast to, say, Sofia Vergara, who went on an Emmy bling-athon (the "Modern Family" star accessorized her outfit with a whopping $7 million in Lorraine Schwartz jewels, totaling 161 carats), Silverman kept the glitz to a minimum.
And while she later changed into a gold sequin get-up
to sing and dance (and say "vagina") with Neil Patrick Harris and
Nathan Fillion during "The Number in the Middle of the Show" segment,
the sharp-tongued comic still proved that you don't have to spend a
fortune to look like a million bucks.
