Janet Jackson made a rare public appearance on Halloween, stepping out for the first time in more than a year.

Its obvious the singer is keeping a low profile been out of the screen for almost a year now, but she was spotted wearing a covered, black dress and a high ponytail  at the Vogue Fashion Dubai Gala dinner with her billionaire husband, Wissam Al Mana, on Friday night.

She still look sexy at 48 , money is good but the question is, Is this the end of Janet Jackson's music career?
